The England Reunion went very well and I loved playing with my Uncle Mike’s old band, Chrome Blue. He, Ronnie White, Tommy Webb, and Garry Moore are all very special to me. We’ve made tentative plans to get together in a few months just to jam, no pressure. We would probably do it more often but Ronnie lives in Jackson, MS. Fortunately for us, he has control of his own schedule and still has family in England so he has no problem driving this way every so often.
This coming Friday night, the 19th, The Hi-Balls ride again at Another Round in Bowman Shopping Center. It’s a great place and we always have a great time there. Saturday night I’m playing at Futtrell Marina in Hot Springs with Brian Nahlen. I’ve played a lot with Brian lately and I’m really enjoying it. He’s extremely talented and forces me to work harder, which I need.
