I had a bang on the 4th of July!

Brian Nahlen and I played a private party outside of Hot Springs and man, do those people know how to throwdown! It was basically a block party although it was far outside the city limits where there are no real blocks, just about 4 houses worth of families with a huge spread of land behind them. This large field came in handy when it came time for the firework display, which was close enough to the patio where we were set up that we could practically feel the concussion. One of the neighborhood teenagers showed off a firework cannon of his own creation and, I must say, this kid’s got some ingenuity. It was made entirely of PVC in the form of a Gatling gun with each chamber holding it’s own Roman candle. I have pictures of the way this firework gun turned the night into day. As soon as I figure out how, I’ll post them to this webpage.
For the next few weeks I’ll be taking a much needed break so that I can prepare myself for my next show, a private party in Heber Springs on August 1st. I hope you all enjoy the heat because it’s upon us. Until later..
