So, lot’s of good people have been dying.  I suppose it could just be coincidence.  After all, many of my childhood heroes are getting up there in age and many have lived hard lives.  Still.  This sucks.  Carrie Fisher.  This sucks.  Anyway.  Good things are coming up on the music front in 2017.  I’ll be playing the Nightflying 36th anniversary party again and this time it’s at one of my favorite places, 4 Quarter Bar in Argenta.  In fact, I’ll be playing twice:  Once with Brian Nahlen and then my own set playing my own songs.  This is a dream twenty years in the making and it’s going to be awesome.  Good friends, good music.  Come on 2017!
